1๏ธโƒฃ Make time for just you. Personally I recommend an hour a day with no phone, limited distraction doing something that fills you back up.

2๏ธโƒฃ Practice positive self talk. Keep in mind you may not be where youโ€™d like to be, but praise yourself on the journey.

3๏ธโƒฃ Stop worrying about what other people think. Stop self sabotaging and over analyzing what someone might (MIGHT) think about you. You wonโ€™t and cannot be for everyone and thatโ€™s okay.

4๏ธโƒฃ Read, write and listen more. Put down the Netflix binges, and the TikTok scroll and read more, write out your emotions, and listen to self development gurus.
