Here are 3๏ธโƒฃ activities you should be doing on a Sunday to prepare for your week;

1. Schedule your self care time while planning and scheduling your week. Some weeks are tougher than others (hence the Sunday scaries) but when youโ€™ve given yourself some me time, youโ€™ll be fully charged and ready to take on whatever the week may hold.

2. Clean, reorganize and declutter. If you have a stressful week coming up, your clutter is not helping with your motivation. Could actually be telling you, youโ€™re dealing with some depression/anxiety.

3. My favorite thing to do currently, create a weekly affirmation. Something I say out loud, whisper and mentally note to myself all week.


This weeks affirmation; โ€œI am focused, persistent and will never quit.โ€โœจ
